The structure of the machine and all the parts in contact with the product are built in stainless steel. The processing cycle is studied in order to guarantee the perfect and constant parallelism of the cylinders. Supports equipped with roller bearings oscillating and sized for big long-lasting loads and easy disassembly and reassembly. Two hydraulic pistons ensure the maximum degree of compression, the separation and the approach of the cylinders, adjusted by a handwheel outside the machine.
Cleaning of the cylinder surfaces with scraping blades in wear-resistant steel, contact force adjustment by hydraulic pistons.
Controlled power supply system from independent gearmotor; the transmission of the motion between the two cylinders takes place by means of belts.
