The Double Roller Mill has a simple maintenance system, high efficiency and low noise. The double mill is eight horizontal rollers with a diameter of 250/300mm. It has level sensors and a continuous and balanced feed with roller control to ensure and improve the efficiency of the grinding. All rotating parts are controlled by speed sensors. The control system ensures that the process is stopped immediately in case of abnormal operation. The robust sheet metal structure internally and externally, with an attractive fiberglass design that facilitates quick roller replacement and includes a system of emptying and cleaning.
