The machine is designed for uniform cooling and drying of cereals which have been pressed and flaked in the previous processing phases.
The structure consists of:

– structure composed of two different chambers (one drying and one cooling) including four uprights that raise the whole structure in relation to the supporting surface;

– Air / steam exchanger, aspirator and a related stainless steel hood;

– Conveyor belts with micro-perforated joints including transport chains driven on tracks by a transmission group.
