Product Description

This machine is used before the grinding of the cereal, as it permits to dose the required  water for the cereal dampening in order to make it more tender, making the peel more elastic and facilitating its breaking. The system is composed by a flow weighing and dampness plate, a hydraulic panel for dampening and an automatic water dosing device.  The moisture probe is enclosed in a stainless steel case, situated in a sliding frame to allow the inspection and the maintenance. The detection probe is created to determine in real-time the hectoliter weight, the temperature and the dielectric constant of product.  It’s possible to program and memorize different work programs that correspond to different work process, including emergency or maintenance programs.
