Product Description

The intensive dampening screw is realized with stainless steel. It’s used for the dampening of cereals before tempering, in order to ease the water absorption. The cereal is dampened by the nozzle on the cover and mixed by the screw. The paddles on the rotor help the product mixing. In is also possible to adjust the inclination of the  machine, in order to choose the mixing duration.
