The plansifter is used for the classification and for the screening of grinded cereal-growing products. The machine is made with a case with overlapped wood frames which are built to a metallic basement. This basement oscillates thanks to a flywheel moved by an electric motor and an external structure that supports it by flexible suspensions. Subsequently, the product goes on self-cleaning calibrate cloths for the screening process. Self-cleaning calibrate cloths are set in a sieving plan and fitted on little wood frames placed into the case. Sieving frame and little frames are made with premium quality seasoned wood, every part in contact with the product is coated with laminated plastic.
