Filter with sleeves type low and high pressure. The DFB Circular Jet Filter is used in pneumatic pressure or suction conveyors to clean the air through filtering sleeves with a low pressure air counterflow system. The air to be filtered flows, tangentially inside the filter; the heavier dust particles descend towards the flat bottom with motorized extractor, while the light ones, dragged in suspension, are deposited on the outer surface of the filtering sleeves, which, thanks to their permeability and structure of the fabric, allow only the purified air. A sequential electronic timer, adjustable in the pause and pulse times, controls the emission of compressed air jets inside the filtering sleeves, causing the detachment of the powders that are subsequently discharged by a motorized star valve. On request, to guarantee the safety of the environments where it is installed, the filter can be supplied with one or more certified explosion-proof breaking panels.
